This course, organized by the Institute of Industrial Development of the Government of the Balearic Islands (IDI) It was aimed at businessmen, managers and those responsible for communication, customer service, marketing and the Internet. Among the attendees were directors of IB3 (Radiotelevision of the Balearic Islands), Majorca Menu, VMA Projects, SM2 Balearic Islands, GRAM, Alcudia Nautical Station, of the Inca Town Hall and of his own IDI, among others.
