From 3 Mental Health We were commissioned to create a brand from scratch and introduce it to the market: A company of home water distribution in Inca as pilot project to export to the rest of Mallorca. This initiative, a pioneer on the island, promotes the employment of people with mental health disorders. Our objective was threefold: break the stigma, give visibility to the reality of these people and promote their full employment and social integration. A challenge! It was a year of a lot of work: creating a professional team, leading a business plan, training a sales team based on a model that enhances their skills, competencies and personal autonomy. It was a lot of effort but it was worth it, because the result far exceeded all expectations.
